2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
When this website is accessed, the web server processes technically necessary access data. This may include, in particular, the page or file accessed, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL and a truncated IP address.
The data is processed in order to deliver the website securely and reliably, ensure technical operation, analyze errors, and detect and address misuse or security incidents. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the secure, stable and error-free operation of this website.
Server log files are deleted after 14 days. Processing takes place on servers in Germany.
Server-side access statistics are generated from the truncated access data. They are used exclusively for technical and general analysis of website usage. Due to the configured truncation of IP addresses, these statistics do not contain complete IP addresses.
3. Cookies, tracking and external content
This website does not use analytics or marketing services, advertising pixels, social media widgets, external fonts or embedded third-party videos. It does not use cookies that are not technically necessary and does not store data in Local Storage or Session Storage.
External websites, including LinkedIn and the sources referenced in the Discussion Paper, are accessed only through ordinary links. Only when you actively select such a link does your browser establish a connection to the respective provider. The respective provider is responsible for the processing of data there.
4. Contact by email
If you contact me by email, the information you provide is processed in order to handle your request and, where necessary, respond to follow-up questions. Depending on the content of the communication, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the proper handling of inquiries.
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for handling the request and no statutory retention obligations or legitimate interests prevent deletion.
5. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right to obtain information about your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure or restriction of processing, and to data portability. You may object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
To exercise your rights, an email to carsten@czeczine.de is sufficient.
6. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority concerning the processing of your personal data. In particular, the supervisory authority at your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement may be competent.
7. Updates to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy will be updated if the technical functions of this website or the applicable legal requirements change.
